Breakfast Republic

Breakfast Republic is a restaurant chain local to San Diego and branching out to other counties. Based on the name I am sure you guess it is a breakfast restaurant. They have a unique menu with many options specific to their restaurants. One unique item that we like is their “Jurassic Pork” which is bacon cooked in special dust (I think it is brown sugar lol).

We have tried many items from the restaurant including protein pancakes, burrito, bacon pancakes Eggs Benedict, etc. I (Nicole) recommend the bacon pancakes, but request 100% maple syrup which is an up charge, but worth it. Also, the Benedict with jurassic pork is a must.

While their are many locations I suggest the location in Liberty Station as you can walk around so many different spots.
