Peterson’s Donut Corner

Peterson’s Donut Corner is a donut shop located in Escondido, CA. We first discovered it from another social media influencer, Erik Lamkin. The donuts in his videos looked so delicious we knew we had to try them for ourselves.

The donut shop is open nearly 24/7 so you can get your donut fix no matter what time of day! Although they have a huge list of donuts to choose from, we recommend you get what they call a “Pillow.” This is a croissant donut that is super moist and fluffy. They have different flavors to choose from, but we go for the glaze, cinnamon sugar, and powdered!

You might have to wait in line as it is popular for locals, but it is worth the wait. You can even call ahead to pre-order any of their donuts! They do not have a minimum order so you could even place an order for 1 donut the next day to ensure they have what you want!
